Hello, and congratulations on taking the first (and sometimes scary) step toward self-improvement. Reaching out for help isn’t always the easiest thing to do, but it is certainly a step in the right direction. As your therapist, I will accompany you on the journey toward attaining your goals, providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere as well as challenging you to take risks and think outside of the box. Together, we can tackle the issues at hand and provide you with the tools for future healthy and happy living.
My therapy style is relaxed and nurturing, my main objective to provide an ambiance of safety and security in which you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. While I have a strong sense of humor and a lighthearted nature, I am not afraid to push you to achieve your goals.
I work from an attachment-based, emotionally focused perspective, which means I am interested in the underlying emotions and unmet attachment needs that drive the way you think, act, and feel. Throughout this process, you will obtain the tools to manage your emotions and regain balance in your personal, romantic, and family life.
