Counseling Sessions at Estes Therapy are available Monday - Saturday from 8:00am to 9:00pm.
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
The Mission Valley office is centrally located in San Diego, CA and is quiet and peaceful with a welcoming atmosphere.
Parking is easily available in front of the building in the structure behind the building.
Our San Diego therapy office is Suite 215, located on the second floor across from the restrooms.
