Counseling Sessions at Estes Therapy are available Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
The Mission Valley office is centrally located in San Diego, CA and is quiet and peaceful with a welcoming atmosphere.
Parking is easily available in front of the building in the structure behind the building.
Our San Diego therapy office is Suite 215, located on the second floor across from the restrooms.

So peek around and get familiar with our environment. We love our therapy office and I hope you do, too. The therapy office is in Mission Valley and we have found it to be centrally located and easily accessible for our clients.
