I believe that Relationships shouldn’t take a lot of work…. my goal working with couples and individuals is to help them have easier relationships. My main focus in my practice is Relationships; newly committed, engaged, married, same sex couples, long time marriages, and single-hood issues.

My Goal is Simple….to Help you Reach Yours.

I created Relationships in the Raw to help people improve their relationships. Education can help increase awareness and improve communication. This relationship blog was created not only for my clients as a point of reference, but also for those who want to learn and take steps on their own. Along with the economic stress that our country is facing, many couples can’t afford couples therapy on a weekly basis. So this is also a resource for those who are determined to make a positive change.

I am a San Diego Marriage, Couples, and Individual Therapist intern with a private practice in Mission Valley. I primarily works with relationships and building a strong connection through healthy communication. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC#47653).
