Get to know the team of therapists that are here to help
At Estes Therapy, we understand that each client walks into our office with a different experience and background, and the same is true of our therapist team. We’re not a “one size fits all” practice. Our MFT-licensed therapists and MFT interns are all excellent at what they do, but finding a good personality match between you and your counselor is the best way to help you achieve permanent, positive change. Read our bios below to learn more about us and choose the therapist that sounds like the right one for you.

Hello, and congratulations on taking the first (and sometimes scary) step toward self-improvement. Reaching out for help isn’t always the easiest thing to do, but it is certainly a step in the right direction. As your therapist, I will accompany you on the journey toward attaining your goals, providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere as well as challenging you to take risks and think outside of the box. Together, we can tackle the issues at hand and provide you with the tools for future healthy and happy living.
My therapy style is relaxed and nurturing, my main objective to provide an ambiance of safety and security in which you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. While I have a strong sense of humor and a lighthearted nature, I am not afraid to push you to achieve your goals.

Nearly all my adult professional life I have worked with families, adolescents and children in some capacity. I have sought to make a difference in the lives of others whether that was as a middle and high school teacher or helping people in my practice overcome life’s individual and relationship challenges. I believe when we are in the service of others, our lives take on not only meaning, but more importantly, purpose.

I believe we are biologically hard-wired to seek and form deep relationships with others. Being emotionally available to another person and wanting them to be equally available to us is healthy. Sometimes in our interpersonal relationships, whether romantic or family relationships, even friendships, we experience challenges and difficulties that leave us feeling confused or angry or hurt, unloved.

As humans, we all crave connection and community with others. Sometimes though, life gets in the way. My name is Carly Goldstein and whether you want to reconnect with your partner, navigate a big life transition, or even learn preventative tools and resources, I am here to support you. Long gone are the days where clients lay on the couch and tell their problems to a stoic therapist day after day, year after year. Our time together will be filled with connection, comfort, warmth, safety, and even humor. I practice emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), which is a short-term, solution-focused therapy. I use a highly individualized approach, working closely with you to develop realistic, practical goals to help you create or maintain your dream relationship. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and I am the expert on relationships. Together, we will build you and your partner a toolbox of skills and resources so you can get through anything life might throw at you as a team.

If you are in need of quick relationship skills and tools training, or patient long term processing and restructuring, I will be there as a support, a guide, and a safe space. Research tells us that couples tend to wait an average of 6- 7 years after the onset of an issue prior to seeking help for it. Can you imagine going 6-7 years with a broken bone before going to the doctor? Therapy is a space where you can work towards creating your own version of your best life. I am Jacqueline Wielick and I am here to help you improve your relationship.

Think of me as your relationship consultant, I’m your neutral third party that can help you untangle the emotions and help you figure out what’s really going on.
It can be frustrating when the relationship is going in circles and nothing seems to get it on track. I see so many couples that continue trying to fix the problems, but they keep ending up at a dead end. It can be very frustrating and exhausting. I help couples navigate through all the complicated areas of love relationships: financial, sexual, verbal and non-verbal communication, interpersonal dynamics, and more. If you are looping over and over within the same arguments, if you feel disillusioned and frustrated… it doesn’t have to be this way! There is hope. In the counseling, we will get you the tools to work together, stop fighting and start enjoying your relationship.
